We
have over 180 apartments in the W1 and W2 area of London
which we either own or represent the owners. Rentals start
from 1 week and go up to a maximum of 6 months.
High season runs from the 1st June to the 30th September
Low season runs from the 1st October to the 31st May
All
flats have satellite television, private telephone, washing
machine and are in modern blocks with lift and porter
services. The kitchens are fully equipped fridge and cooker
and most have microwave facilities. Laundry is provided
and additional children's beds can be provided if requested.
Daily maid services can be arranged if required. Rents
are fully inclusive of heating and lighting.
Flats
can be inspected prior to reservation being made and we
take no rent or deposit until the flat has been visited
and approved of by the tenant. Bookings can be made by
letter, fax or telephone. Our clients range from University
Students to Chairman of Overseas Public Companies. We
can offer an excellent selection of centrally located
apartments at extremely competitive prices.
