Gross Agency fees

We find it unfair that Tenants in the most exclusive area of London with the highest rent prices in the country have to pay an additional astronomical admin fee which starts many relationships on the wrong foot. This is why we do not charge our Tenants any fees other than our cleaning charge.

Length of tenancy

On selected properties we can offer tenancy agreements less than 12 months, so whether you're a student or working on a overseas contract we can accommodate a tenancy agreement you are looking for.

Dealing direct

We are now a three generation family business based in Margaret Street W1 who will be available to speak to every week day so any query you may have we are here at your request.
